But the businesses serving them — boarding facilities, grooming salons, daycare centres — are still running on WhatsApp groups, paper registers, and spreadsheets.
We talked to dozens of pet business owners across Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, and smaller cities. The story was always the same: double-booked kennels, lost invoices, anxious pet parents calling every hour, and staff who couldn't coordinate without the owner being present.
These are smart, passionate people — they just didn't have the right tools. So we built CuroPaw: the all-in-one operating system designed from the ground up for how Indian pet businesses actually work.
The spark
Visited 30+ pet businesses across 5 cities. Saw the same chaos everywhere — WhatsApp groups, paper registers, lost invoices.
Building
Quit our jobs. Built the first prototype in a Koramangala co-working space. Onboarded 10 beta customers in Bangalore.
Product-market fit
Expanded to Mumbai and Delhi. Hit 100 paying customers. Added grooming queue and WhatsApp automation — the two most-requested features.
Scaling
500+ businesses across 50+ cities. Processing ₹2Cr+ in monthly revenue. Building the future of pet care operations in India.
